3 season rooms are awesome! We add Sunspace panels to our gorgeous screen porches to seal them in from weather, pollen, and even the cold! Sunspace are the highest quality solution to sealing in porches vs. Eze Breeze (see blog). Each Sunspace unit has four sliding, clear vinyl panels that slide up or down behind a screened outer panel (see video). When completely open you have 75% screened openings. When they’re closed, you have 100% protection from wind, pollen, and weather. Sunspace panels also hold in heat! It only takes about 3 minutes to completely open or close the entire porch. Wendell 3 Season Room
This 3 season room is our target size at 16′ x 22′, a very comfortable size for furniture placement. It features our “Neo-Rustique” ceiling trim out. Notice our privacy wall option. This option adds a potential place for a t.v and electric fireplace. This orientation allows you to face the backyard view while watching t.v. and not have to face the house. This 3 season room also features Sunspace panels, composite side deck, additional outlets, t.v. mount / cable / receptacle and, of course, all of our base package features! And check this out, on this cold night, it’s 37 degrees outside and holding at 70 degrees inside with electric heating! With many heating options, Sunspace panels are a great way to enclose your room.
Cary 3 Season Room
This 3 season room is dubbed “the Massive 3SR”! It is 20′ x 26′ and has every option you imagine! Tile floors, Sunspace panels, stone back wall, stone / gas fireplace, composite grilling deck, 4 skylights, 6 can lights, 5 outlets, 2 ceiling fans, new door install… This one’s so big, it’s hard to fit in the pictures!

Here’s another “Super porch”. This one is 20′ x 20′, has a spectacular stone fireplace with curved hearth, 4 skylights, tile floor, outdoor patio, Sunspace panels and more! We worked out a color scheme to match the house with just the right amount of white but not too much. Color schemes are definitely one of our many strong-suits!
Raleigh 3 Season Room
This is one of our more recent projects. It features our standard ceiling trim out, tile floor, a composite grilling deck, Sunspace panels, 2 ceiling fans, and all of our base package options. The tile floor is slate, laid in a herringbone pattern. The side deck includes the best composite decking available installed with hidden fasteners for a sleek look. The ceiling is our standard trim out with skylights.
Raleigh 3 Season Room
This one has it all! Sunspace panels, gas fireplace, tile floor, composite open deck / steps… Not to mention an “over-the-top” view of a stunning patio. This custom patio features a fire-pit with a curved bench sitting area! The entire project was designed to flow from one area to the next, while keeping main access points open and close to the main house. What a place to entertain! This project was built in the historic area of downtown Raleigh.
Garner 3 Season Room
We call this one “Morning masterpiece”. Here we have a 3 Season room with tile, fireplace, composite side deck and more… Perfect place to relax and have your morning coffee! Check out the way we cantilevered the fireplace to maximize space in the room. This is yet another Pro-Built innovation from way back. The ceiling is a 3rd option in the Neo-rustique family. It is basically the reverse color scheme of the Neo-Rustique. We call it the “reverse Neo-Rustique” or the “Farmhouse”.

One of our “full rustic” 3 season room designs! This one has the full mountain cabin experience. A rough stone fireplace with a beautiful rustic tile floor complete the feel! This is another Super 3SR, weighing in at 16′ x 26′!
